• Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights (ICIRR) is the major coalition of over 100 community organizations, immigrant assistance projects, and advocacy organizations in Illinois. They will do trainings for Rapid Response groups and maintain a Family Helpline: Helpline (English and Spanish) 1-855-435-7693
